Treatment of Canine Parvoviral Enteritis

In part 2 of this 2-part parvovirus event, this presentation will review the current standard-of-care treatment recommendations for canine parvovirus (CPV) using a case-based approach. Dr. Kristin Zersen will discuss fluid therapy, plasma products, antibiotics, and nutrition. Recommendations for outpatient treatment and the most recent literature discussing additional treatment options for puppies with CPV will also be reviewed.
